Csound is LGPL. Therefore, you can link your code with Csound statically, without your code becoming LGPL also.

I think the [Csnd] tag is automatically added by the listserv, no need to add your 
own.  I certainly never have.

I would strongly recommend Oeyvind or John ffitch's suggestions.  Since the Mac 
version is linked to the Csoundlib framework, I expect you'd need to either compile 
csound yourself to link to a shared library, or create an installer to recreate the 
framework on the user's computer.  At that point, it's less error-prone to just use 
the standard installer.  Besides, are you 100% sure that all your readers will have a 
Mac similar enough to the one your using for this to work (i.e. Intel vs. PPC, 
Tiger/Leopard (or whatever you use) compatible, access to a Mac at all)?
