[Cs-dev] 5.05 release

Subject[Cs-dev] 5.05 release
Sorry to ask, but if it would be at all possible,
could we delay the release again for a couple of
days?

I have implemented a new pitch tracker, based on
Miller Puckette's algorithm, which is ready just
needs a few tests and a manual page. I thought
it would be nice to take advantage of the upcoming
release.

I had the idea a few weeks ago, but only yesterday
had time to go for it. Sorry for the timing; I will
do whatever you think it's best; release tomorrow
without it or on Wednesday with it.

Victor

...well I has well on the way to finishing by builds, but let us delay
to March 8, Thursday morning my time -- so retagging late Tuesday. If
we delay longer then I will be unable to rebuild (not really having
Thursday-Saturday at present)

I had a quick look at that patch and it seems as if it is right; i is
used as the length of the name, but later as a counter through names.

Nice! I am looking forward to checking this out. Just wanted to say a
big thanks to Victor for all the fantastic real time oriented work
you've done in the last couple of years!
