[Cs-dev] PortAudio problems on Windows

The realtime audio performance of csound5rc2 on my WindowsXP/M-Audio Duo
system appears to be degraded as compared with several months ago.

The sound (at whatever setting) has clicks or dropouts, several a second.

In addition, the messages printed are not correct.

For example, with trappedrt, with

sr     =        44100
ksmps  =        100
nchnls =        2

and

csound -h -m128 -d -odac -B400 -b400 temp.orc temp.sco

I get the following printout:

audio buffered in 200 sample-frame blocks

This should, I think, be either "100 sample-frame blocks" or "200 sample
blocks" or "400 byte blocks".
