The -B400 -b400 is replaced with -B400 -b200 to ensure that -B is an integer multiple of and greater than -b. It is a common newbie mistake to set these flags inconsistently, and then the resulting bad audio output is reported as a bug. However, I am not sure exactly how PortAudio interprets the "suggested latency" parameter; currently, the value passed is -B / sr, but I will have a look at the PortAudio sources. ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Splunk Inc.
