Hey hey,
this is only partly done in Csound, but it does effectively demonstrate the
aerosound UDO that I released earlier this year, with the help of the author
of the original paper and PD implementation. It also features woprk in
progress, namely a mopdulation oscillator (PM, some form of PD, AM/RM) and a
looping 8-stage envelope.

The piano is a Gigasample, the vocals are real. The reverbs are IR-based, the
delay is a LADSPA plugin. Eventhough it's a bit OT, I hope that you enjoy it.

None of the CSDs, but here's the aeroacoustic UDO:

The modulating oscillator(s) just do a 3-operator PM with a rate of
2:2:5 (carrier:moulator:modulator), the depth modulated by the 8-stage
env. But these UDOs still require some work.

Thank you for the nice comments. Selfridge was very helpful and supportive in
realising the Csound implementation. It can be difficult for a blind person to
properly read and extract formulas from a lot of document formats (including
PDF). So he sent me all the relevant formulae in a pure text form by e-mail.
