Thanks much for the new ppc csound!

The on-the-fly scaling from 32 to 16 bit is really wonderful & saves a lot of 
lost work time from samples out of range.

Here's a weird bug:

All sound-file reading ugens and utils (possibly excluding sndinfo, but 
including soundin, diskin, hetro, etc.) seem to only read in aiff files with 
markers (loop points, etc), and cause system errors otherwise(?)

I was working on a piece over the last two weeks and experienced this with 
several different orcs and scos.

I just fudged by opening everything in SDII and adding dummy loop points before 
reading the files with csound ugens.
