Thats why engineers invented abacuses, slide rulers, then calculators ;)

BTW: I once had a teacher ( math Ph.D ) who wrote the algorithmss for an HP
calculator who was notorious for marking math problems wrong becuase of students
use of  non-HP calculators had  truncated output different than his HP calculator ;)
