The last few days, I've received duplicate messages from the Csound mailing
list.  The duplicates have a few additional headers, including the following
suspicious-looking ones:

        X-Mailmap-To: jj@bfv.co.uk
        X-Mdaemon-Deliver-To: csound@maths.ex.ac.uk

The Received: headers also seem to indicate that the duplicates are coming
from bfv.co.uk.

Will the perpe^H^Hson responsible for this please make it stop?
