Is it possible to use the Robin Whittle table-write opcodes with
non-power-of-two tables?

If so, can an arbitrary table size be specified differently for each
instance of the instrument. eg. if p4=table size then:

i1    0    3    6256
i1    3    2    3847
etc.?
