You could do this with Csound if you feel comfortable enough with it ;-)I
have no quad files to test it but the new Maldonado´s opcodes (fin,fout)
should work fine for that. One could extract the file duration and extend
the event duration to that value, even set the number of output files
match the number of input channels with some sort of macro or conditional
stuff.
