| I think, until everyone on the planet can reach unanimous agreement on
what consitutes 'decent software' (can't see it happening in my
lifetime...), can we just look upon this topic as a search for a simple,
immediate and pragmatic solution, imperfect though it may be, to a
contingent practical problem for a number of subscribers? It would be
nice to think that the Csound list can change the world of software as
we know it, but it would be even nicer to have a quick-n-dirty way of
sorting messages. However hot (or cool?) the software, it will always
lag behind our ambitions for it... :-)
