I was using a table length of 32 points, and tranposing
by 0 semitones (to verify that no traponsition caused
no noise whatsoever), and 1 semitone.
Just going through your .csd now and looking at this
further......

The quality of spectra also depends of sine table length. Try with a very
short table (for
example with a 4 point table). Obviously the quality is better than linear
interpolation,
but not enough with respect of the cubic interpolation implemented in GEN 6
and GEN 8. If
the quality could be enhanced once more, it will hugely benefit the
WaveTable synthesis |
