Hi,

I'm having  trouble with this annoying clicking/popping sound in the 
audio output of 
my PowerMac G3,233MHz,running System 8.1.
Terrible when generating audio in Csound.

Anyone have any ideas ? Something to do with memory allocation ? 

I don't have a sound board yet.I just use the built in stereo mini-plugs.

Also,anyone know if it's customary for the IDE drive in this machine to 
sound like a food processor
and make the odd belching sound occasionally ?
