Does anyone know what is the maximum number of bins that a .PVC file ever
contains?
	Also, does anyone know if .PVC files strictly combine sine waves, or do
they use any other wave forms in their resynthesis?
	Lastly, & least importantly, if I were to use pvadd to mimic pvoc (& so I
had pvadd using the maximum number of bins that a .PVC file could hold),
how large of a wave table would I create for pvadd in order to get wave
forms of the same resolution that pvoc uses?
