    For those interested you might want to check out Seer Systems Reality
software synth, (analog, 4-op fm, sampling, modal, physical modeling).  They
have released a demo and the real-time performance is amazing using Direct X
and Windoze, even on my lowly Pentium 200MMX.  I wonder what they are doing
right?
