I had a rather free weekend so some of the things I suggested are now
done. In particular:
   schedwhen now works
   schedule/schedwhen can be re-inited in MIDI mode
   lfo in K-rate form and sine shape now works
   Argument decoding reworked so 
            a) CsOptions section now works in .csd file
            b) It reads a .csoundrc file if present in same format
   The string-resonator opcode is in and working

I still have a bug in wgbow to fix, and there is the list of opcodes
to be finished.

Other work to be done of which I know:
      ADSR with exponential shapes
      gabriel's sliders
      better interpolation

Are there any others?
