I played around with XCSound for a while and found it worked quite well on my P
200. There are very impressive demos mixing synthesis, digital audio playback,
and midi control in real-time. You can use it as a Windows sound card as well
(audio out and wavetable midi). The high degree of compatibility with existing
sco and orc files is another big plus.

I also had problems with clicks and pops, but didn't spend the time to track
down. I haven't used XCSound for a while now, as I'm kind of been in batch
processing mode lately.
