IF you're running Windows (rather than DOS or Linux) you
could try the win help file, from:
   http://hem.passagen.se/rasmuse/Csound.htm
else (or if you prefer) you should get the HTML manual:
   ftp://ftp.musique.umontreal.ca/pub/
-- get file CsManual3.47.tar.gz (or similar, whichever 
looks newest)

Also, check if these notes are of any help:
   http://hem.passagen.se/rasmuse/PCinstal.htm
- you seem to have gotten through the installation bit
though, so perhaps they are no use.

To get WAV files, use the -W flag at the command line.
