I don't think recordings of Xenakis' music are particularly abundant.

There are two classic recordings on the Montaigne label; the first is a
selection of chamber music from 1955-1990 [MO 782005] - valiantly performed
by the Arditti Quartet and Claude Helffer, the second is  La Legend d'Eer
[MO 782058] for 8-channel tape.

The first release gives a good feeling for Xenakis' general stylistic and
technical evolution whilst La Legend d'Eer is probably his most extensive
contribution to electroacoustic music.
