I do not have the midi headers sought by midirecv.c, and have thus never been able to have a compilable Csound without excising the midi support. NS 3.2 only gives me:

What I seem to need are six files called:
midi_server.h
midi_reply_handler.h
midi_timer.h
midi_timer_reply_handler.h
midi_error.h
midi_timer_error.h
	...presumably to be found in /usr/include/midi.

I don't have these on any of the NS CD-ROMs for 3.0, 3.1 or 3.2, nor can I find them at NeXTAnswers or on my friendly neighborhood Peanuts mirror. The CCRMA ftp server does not have MusicKit releases prior to 4.0. Could someone NeXTmail these to me, or better yet post them on the bath site in the new NeXT directory?
