May I suggest another place to get started in Csound?  On the two
servers in Montreal and Bath there are collections of instruments,
tutorials, complete compositions, reverberation algorithms and many
other similar things.  This information is the same as that we
provided for Keyboard Magazine, but updated and in some cases
improved.

A number of people(*) have worked hard on this structure to make it
accessible, available on both sides of the Atlantic, complete,
documented and useful.  OK, it could be better, but we need need
feedback.
