Going from the manual its not clear to me how to I can bring up the mixer?
May someone give some instruction, I've attached the current screen I have. 
(apologies if this post is already posted, I havent yet had an indication
that its pending )

the mixer can be found under Window --> Mixer - or type Shift + F5.
Blue has a reasonably up-to-date manual that can be found  in /blue/manual.
Also, there are some Wiki pages to read:

Thats great thank, I do have the manual you've mentioned here. Perhaps I
should have intuitively looked in the windows but Im sure it isn't that in
the manual explicate in this case
