I have a note that comes on at time zero in the
structure editor of HPKComposer, and I want to create
two notes of polyphony, one coming on at time 5 and
the second coming on at time 7.  The problem is that
since the parameters are normalized from 0-127, how
do I create 5 and 7 seconds of silence for each note?
If I set a negative number or a number outside the
normalized zone I get an illegal operation message from
csound (I mean windows).  I could always use two more
instruments but I'm trying to be economical.  Thanks.
