Are octdown  and noctdft no longer available? ?

I did a compile from the Montreal source (3.482) (SGI)

ftp.musique.umontreal.ca/pub/mirrors/dream/newest/Csound.tar.gz

and found them missing, both in the -z listing and in action. 
They are missing from the 3.48 version as well.
