Of course not. Allowing UG wiring via a GUI doesnt mean proscribing text
editing of orcs : GUI and text could just be 2 ways to edit an orc file, IMO.

As for the platform-specificity of the GUI, the author of these suggestions
Michael Gogins suggested coding it in Java. Why not, a GUI doesnt have to be
very fast.
