That's just a warning, and you can ignore it if you do not
intend for loscil to use sustain looping on your sample.

DAP for linux will edit loop points in an AIFF file, but
it wipes out the base frequency in the header.  'basef'
can put it back in.  Both can be found through Dave Phillips' page.
