Hello,

when you want to use hYdraJ and the commandoline tools together (but anyway, 
the tools gives you the same functions avaliable in the GUI version), please 
DON't extract them to the same directory, because hTools overwrite some 
important classes. Different folders should work, I will fix this in the 
forthcomming final release of hTools.
