hello thomas,

i guess your instrument is based on an orchestra i posted to the list a
couple of weeks ago. i actually submitted it expecting some suggestions of
how to improve it. sean costello suggested phase modulation rather than
frequency modulation, using a phasor/tablei combination, but he didn't
elaborate. 

anyway i never thought anyone had paid much attention to my original
instrument, i was pleased to know it was of some use to you.
