It is easy to make Csound use a temporary file that is deleted at the
end instead of score.srt for the sorted score -- in fact I have that
running on Linux -- but I am worried that this will make the sorted
score unavailable, and I suspect that people read it.  Any thoughts?
I could I support grab yet another command line option to keep it, but
that seems rather heavy handed.
  Do you use the sorted score, and do you want to maintain it as the
end of the run?
