I have found that AXCsound will register, load, and run repeatedly until
there is a problem that causes the program to abort. After that, the program
will not run again until the computer is rebooted.

This seems to be fairly consistent behavior on my computers (both running
Windows 95). I have uploaded the build I tested to my home page.

By the way, I have decided not to go ahead and implement a Csound version of
the ActiveMovie or DirectSound plugin at this time because I would rather
compose than program, and I also need to maintain the software I have
already written. Since AXCsound is open source software, I encourage anyone
else who is interested to adapt my code for this purpose. Or I may take this
up again in the future.
