Anyone out there who can help me with this?

I have downloaded all files in csound.ppc from
ftp://mill.edu/ccm/csound.ppc, but am unable to open Csound3.485beta.sit.
My PowerMac says that I do not have the application program to run it.  Is
it true that I need to have a C program software running in my computer
before I can use the launchers in csound.ppc?
Or are there any other site that I can download csound for PowerMac.  I
know that all the sites for PowerMac download that are listed in the Csound
Frontpage could not be accessed at the time being, and I don't know why.
Please advise.
