I too have found that Format 0 files saved in Cakewalk, as well as some other
Windows MIDI programs, will not work in CSound. The only way I have been able
to use MIDI files on Windows is to save the file in a program on the Mac, save
it on a PC disk and open it in Windows. Not the most convenient. Any other
suggestions would be very helpful.
