The -b and -B flags are available through the *Extra* dialog box only.
The -p flag is not available through either the Extra dialog nor through
the command line. At least not at the present...

I still cannot see any reason why -b and -B do not work from the
command line like all the other options.  I admit there is no -p flag
on Windows (actually it is only on PowerMac) abut I might do something
about that
