WCShell, a command console & utility programs for Csound, is (at least)
on the web.
You can download it from the URL
http://www.axnet.it/edison/wcshell.zip

This file contains the installation, so unzip it in a temporary
directory (sorry, now it's called 'folder'), an run SETUP.EXE from
there.

By the way, thanks to Ffitch, Maldonado and all other people working to
give us all better versions of Csound.
