Briefly, in the early versions of 3.47, there was an opcode that
output random values at the i-rate in the ranges (0, x) and (-x, x).
This opcode disappeared from versions 3.476 and on.  Why was this opcode
removed and how can I get random values at the i-rate with the latest
version?  For this I normally use Cmask but I obviously would like to be
able to build these random characterstics at the i-rate in the
instrument itself.
