A revised Supplement to the Acrobat format (pdf) Manual is now available at:

As of this release, the Supplement contains only the three tutorials from
the previous Supplement, It now conforms stylistically to the (pdf) version
3.53 Reference Manual. New flowchart diagrams have been added to Richard
Boulanger's tutorial, and the section on Scot has been eliminated entirely.
