Sounds very interesting. Does anybody know if there is an online acces
to this articles?

Sorry, CMJ has to sell subscriptions somehow. :-)  You might be able
to get a feel for Nyquist by browsing the manual (linked to from 
http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~rbd/nyquist.html
), though I admit that's not exactly what you were looking for.
