Derek,
This error message is indicated that the classpath is not correct. For
exemple, if you have unzipped hpkc.zip under the
directory c:\hpkc, then you must put c:\hpkc\hpkc.jar in the classpath: jre
-cp c:\hpkc\hpkc.jar.......
If you have any problem send me your hpkcomposer .bat and where you have
installed the program.
The program requires Swing 1.02 or Swing 1.03. I am upgrading it to Swing
1.1 beta 3 which has the final APIs and package name. It should be done
soon.
