Get the csound_con.zip (for '95 console window) or csound_win.zip
(has a graphical shell for setting flag options), from

Don't know why they still keep the outdated csound95 
version hanging around there.

Then, if you get the same problems with that version, mail 
the list again (including minimal orc/sco that generates the
problem, and any relevant warning messages etc) and we'll see 
what it could be. You might get something out of the installation
notes reachable through
	http://hem.passagen.se/rasmuse/Csound.htm 
esp regarding environment variables.
