| Greetings:
I am currently writing an article for publication in the February 1999
issue of the Linux Journal. The theme for that issue deals with
"cutting-edge" technologies and Linux, and my article focuses on the use
of Csound under Linux.
If you are using Linux Csound (any version, any kernel) and would like
to share your experiences, please email me with a description (any
length) of your work. I especially welcome any mail regarding
development projects, either with Csound itself or with Csound
"helpers", i.e., soundfile editors, graphics-to-score utilities, GUI
environments, Java and Tcl/Tk (or ?) interfaces, et cetera, but feel
free to send anything you feel might be relevant. NB: I won't need
orc/sco examples, there are plenty of those out there on the Internet.
The article is already pushing 4000+ words. It will include
screenshots and a pertinent URL listing. My deadline is November 2,
although that's fairly loose. A first draft has already been sent to the
publisher.
TIA !
== Dave Phillips
