According to my understanding of the copyright as it applies
to CSound, the program is like a compiler. The program itself
may only be distributed according to the terms listed in the
copyright, but music created with the program belongs to the
person who created it, and may be released just like music
created using more traditional musical tools.
Just my $0.02. For a more thorough discussion of Copyright
issues, you should consult the Copyright FAQ.
