It's right there between 'ampdb' and 'irnd' in the Value Converters section...
in the html version of course, which is , I believe, the only complete version
for 3.47 presently...

In the manual which comes with the Mills version of PPC Csound which is
what I have this is not the case. The 'pow' opcodes are under 'Signal
modifiers'  straight after 'reverb' and definitly not under 'Value
converters'. I have tried to establish the version of this manual and reads
"Csound Manual DocMaker Standalone version 4.7.5 Created May 5th 1997".
This comes with the utility Csref which references the  manual.
Having said this I will obtain the most current version of the PDF manual.
