I was able to download, and unzip. But when I try to run it under WCShell,
the shell gives  an "Invalid procedure call or argument" message. Running
directly from Windows (Start/Run with arguments), Windows says it is not a
valid Win32 application.

Winsound 3.52 runs fine.
