I'd just like to say thanks to everyone who posted replies to my query
about Csound locating files. That was one of the best responses I've
ever had from any mailing list!

You will notice that this is the usual case when writing letters to this
mailinglist!
If you ask 1 question, you will get 10 replys!.. ;D

The "problem" with CSound-mailinglist is that 100% of the letters are serious.
All the other lists out there contains 95% bullshit, but here it's ONLY
serious questions and remarks! This means that you have to read all 10-20
letters every day! =D

Merry xmas!

Hi all of you!

I was right now reading some old postings to the list, when I came across an
old letter from Fabio Bizzetti, who wrote that he had an Amiga.

Now I wonder if there are some MORE ppl on this list other than we two, that
either run CSound on Amiga, or use it in any other way!

I thought I was the only one, but apparently not..

If this is the case, maybe we should get together to port a new version to
Amiga, as the current version is 3.40, and lacks good MIDI-support (if ANY),
as well as all forms of filein..(it hangs whenever i try to use it :( )

Hi,

I can't find any precise information about making ties between two notes.
The manual only says:" p1 instrument number[...] An optional fractional p=
art
can provide an additional tag for specifying ties between particular note=
s."=20
I've tried unsuccessfully.

How can I make it?

Thanks for any help.

That's what keeps me on the list.
but anyway here is a big "non-serious" smile -

*IMHO conditionals should work also at a-rate

*plz MIDI pitchbend messages recognized
*expseg with variable curvature like in Cmusic
*time delay in comb and alpass should be k-rate variable for flangers &
phasers
