If you're comparing to Win95 and Mac editors you'll likely be somewhat
disappointed. OTOH, nothing on those platforms quite compares to Snd or
MiXViews. Also, the Ceres SoundStudio is a good low-priced
commercially-available editor. See my pages for URLs to these and other
interesting Linux sound apps.
