All over!
Try ftp://ftp.maths.bath.ac.uk/pub/dream/newest/csound_win.zip
or the mirror in Montreal.
Alternatives include Gabriel Maldonado's system Michael Gogin's
system and I expect about 5 others.

The sndwarp unit may not be working if you're using Linux (it wasn't
working on our Linux systems). Easy to fix and I've sent a new version to
john f. already. If he doesn't have time to post a new release soon and
you need the new code right away, let me know and I'll post it on a server
here.

Hi all,
O.K. this is my problem.
I'm trying to make a move to DirectCsound, with the 2.0 version I have
but every time something stops me.
This is what did to me this time.
I have a code (not too small) running on RT1.9
without any problems. I thought I could run it on DirectCsound2.0
as-is, so I re-checked my DirectCS flags and "pressed ENTER" -
It compiled without problems but the output is now 0 [zero]
instead of ~ 25000.
Does that ring someone's bell ? without checking the code itself ?
The command line I used was:
csound -+X -+K -+q -b100 %1.orc %1.sco
(I also tried without -+q thinking it may be redundant).
Again, the exact same code runs great on RT1.9.
PLEASE help if you can.
Yair

Eurica !!!!!
Disregard my previous mail.
Sorry, but i just downloaded Direct2.1 and the problem went away.
Since i prefer playing music to hacking, I now don't really care what the
problem was.
So unless this helped anybody else - sorry & please ignore my "challange"
;-}

The csound manual entry for Gen28 (Gen28 reads in the text files for use
with the space, spsend, and spdist, localization units) mentions a GUI in
for creating and editing the time-x-y points. The first BETA version of
SoundSpace is now available for downloading from our web site at the
Center for Advanced Research Technology in the Arts and Humanities
(CARTAH) at the University of Washington.
The program is java based and seems to work on SGI, Linux, Mac, Windows
platforms. You can get the program from
http://www.washington.edu/cartah/soundspace/index.html
There are links to System Requirements, a short User Guide, and the
downloadable files.
At some point we'll have more documentation, especially if there is
interest out there in using this application. Let us know.
Cheers,
Richard Karpen
