You're on Windows 95, not? If you have winsound
the utilities are built in. There are dialog boxes to use
them. If you have Csound for DOS, I still think they are
built in. Use
    csound -U [utility]
from the command line.

yes i`m on Win95. but i`m not sure which csound-version i will use in the
future.
currently i tried winsound, csound, csoundrt
but for me(as a novice) they all seem to be not different.
