Same place as you found Csound.
ftp://ftp.maths.bath.ac.uk/pub/dream/
ftp://ftp.musique.umontreal.ca/pub/mirrors/dream
get file newest/csound_new.zip
You're on Windows 95, not? If you have winsound
the utilities are built in. There are dialog boxes to use
them. If you have Csound for DOS, I still think they are
built in. Use
csound -U [utility]
from the command line.
You need the manual too, if you don't have it. HTML here:
ftp://ftp.maths.bath.ac.uk/pub/dream/documentation/manuals/
or ftp://ftp.musique.umontreal.ca/pub/
get file CsManual3.47b2.zip
or Win help file:
