I've been able to play MIDI0 files saved (as) with PG Music's Power Tracks: http://www.powertracks.com/ Not too bad of a little sequencer for the price. This can also be used to record the MIDI input of a played keyboard while playing Csound in real-time using a program like Hubi's loop-back device.
