in to never-ending quest to get it right I have placed versions on
3.477 on the servers.  Windows, Consolew and DOS, and Irix4 are
certainly there by teh time this message is sent.  Sources as well.

Changes:
  A fiasco in MIDI whereby an array was read but never written has
  been removed.  Hope this will improve things

  wgbow was a disaster if there was no vibrato, and did not always
  notice frequency changes.

  AIFF format fixed again!

  File permission on Windows fixed

  On windows, selecting a MIDI file (-F option) failed to take any
  notice of the file.  Also looks at *.mf files

  Physical models with k-rate frequency impreoved, but the lowest
  frequency is necessary in these cases.

  in -i and -o options if teh first charactyer of the arg is a | then
  it is started as a process.  (Not DOS)
