Have you tried the Tcl GUI programs, are they working?
If not maybe you have some trouble in your TCP/IP configuration.
Can you ping yourself? ( ping 127.0.0.1 (in a dos window))
After you start syntmono you should also be able to connect to the
program with telnet. Start telnet and connect to host: 127.0.0.1
port:2001.
Syntmono should say it has got connection and you can type something
in the
telnet window and syntmono should give a respons that it couldn't
parse the
message or something like that.
